Prof. Vito Cantisani is an Assoc. Prof. of Radiology, Vice-Dean of Medicine and Dentistry at the Univ. Sapienza, Rome, and a Chairman of Complex Unit of Teleradiology Polo Reatino, Univ. Sapienza, Rome. He is also EFSUMB President-Elect, SIRM Chairman of US Chapter and SIUMB past President.
Sandra J. Allison, MD is a Board Certified Diagnostic Radiologist and the Director of Ultrasound for Washington Radiology, practicing in the Washington DC and Northern Virginia area. Dr. Allison specializes in Ultrasound with areas of expertise in musculoskeletal, gynecologic, and vascular imaging. She currently holds an Associate Professor of Radiology appointment at Georgetown University School of Medicine where she previously served as Radiology Residency Program Director and Chief of Ultrasound. Dr. Allison is a national and international invited
lecturer and is active in many professional organizations. She is a fellow of the American College of Radiology, the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine and the Society of Radiologists in Ultrasound. Dr. Allison completed her diagnostic radiology residency and fellowship in Ultrasound, CT and MRI, at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.
Dr. Barr is a Professor of Radiology at Northeast Ohio Medical University. He practices at Southwoods Imaging in Youngstown, Ohio. He received his BS in Chemistry at Ohio State University, a PhD in Inorganic Chemistry at Michigan State University, and his MD from Case Western Reserve University. He completed a year internship in internal medicine at university hospitals of Cleveland and a Diagnostic Radiology residency at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation where he was chief resident. Dr. Barr completed a cross sectional imaging fellowship at University if California at San Francisco. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Ultrasound in Medicine and Treasurer of the International Contrast Ultrasound Society. He is the co-chair of the QIBA CEUS committee and Co-chairman of the PEGUS attenuation group. Dr. Barr has published over 200 peer reviewed papers, several book chapters, and a book on Breast Elastography, a book “Elastography, a Practical Approach” and a book “Multiparametric Ultrasound for Chronic Liver Disease: A Practical Approach”. He has presented over 500 scientific presentations and invited lectures world-wide. He has been involved in ultrasound elastography and ultrasound contrast for over 20 years presenting multiple presentations worldwide on these subjects.
Cindy Winter is the Director of Radiology and Patient Transportation at John Peter Smith Health Network, in Fort Worth, Texas. JPS is a 573-bed safety net hospital, with 52 out-patient clinics supporting Tarrant County. JPS is a Level One Trauma Center and 1 of the top 10 busiest Emergency Department in the nation. Cindy holds a Ph.D. in Healthcare Administration and a Masters in Health and Human Service Systems Administration. She graduated from and taught for Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota and Jacksonville, Florida. Cindy has 27 years of experience in the imaging industry. She is a Certified Radiology Administrator and Fellow of the AHRA, a Registered Radiography Technologist, a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, a Registered Vascular Technologist and is a currently serving on the AHRA Board of Directors
